Master the art of cold brew with the Hario Cold Brew Pot—no fancy equipment needed, just coffee, water, and a little patience. Start by pouring water in gentle circular motions to bloom your grounds, then fill the pot and give it a gentle shake to kick off extraction. Pop the cap on, tuck it in the fridge for about 8 hours, and wake up to silky-smooth cold coffee that's naturally sweet and refreshingly smooth. At 1L, you've got plenty to enjoy throughout your day. It's the lazy person's guide to seriously good iced coffee.

Method:

1.Use 60g of coarsely ground Stoka Coffee (we can grind it for you) and place that into the mesh filter.

2. Slowly add 1L of cold, filtered water & stir whilst pouring.

3. Let it steep for 12-18 hours in the fridge.

4. Take out the filter and store the concentrate in the fridge for up to two weeks.

5. Pour over ice, and for the milk fan's add a splash of your favourite milk.
