This offer is available to the entire order of purchase and cannot be used with another offer. It is limited to one use per customer.
PRICING & GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise prices are GST inclusive.
RETURNS POLICY
If you open up the box expecting what you wanted, and it isn't (e.g. wrong grind type or product), we'll take ownership of the confusion and replace it with what you wanted. Please let us know via noworries@stokacoffee.com.au
If it is something more than coffee, lets say some equipment or merch, we'll exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 10 days (this doesn't include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance). Contact noworries@stokacoffee.com.au with your name, purchase order and reason for return. Make sure to return within 10 days for the ship date to STOKA Coffee Company, 5C/17 Park Avenue Lane, Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450. must be returned in its original packaging.
CANCELATION
Orders cannot be cancelled anymore. If you have a problem with order placement, please get in touch with noworries@stokacoffee.com.au
CHANGE OF MIND
If you want to give an item (product) back because you've changed your mind, we will offer you a refund or exchange for a future product - provided we get the original item in a 'new' condition. Make sure to email us within 10 days and return it to our facility at 5C/17 Park Avenue Lane, Coffs Harbour NSW. This will be at the customers cost and own responsibility to get there. Once arrived in stated condition, we'll adhere to appropriate exchange.
