This Medium to Dark bodied roast is specific in detail and stays true to a typical South American specialty flavour. These beans from the coffee producing area of Santo Antonio de Amparo in Southern Minas Gerais are known for varietals that come from Trans-Atlantic undulating landscapes that are typically noted as sweet and chocolate profiles, thus exhibiting moreish tasting notes. SanCoffee consists of more that 20 fazendas (estates). This region is well known in international coffee, often getting places in the Brazil Cup of Excellence. Perfect for an AeroPress, MoccaMaster and other drip methods.
