Honduras, Ethiopia & PNG... just roasted a little longer. It is our ever-popular Seasonal Blend that has been optimized for those with full-bodied expectations in their coffee.
The roasting approach of our in-house dark roast is different to that of the Seasonal Blend. If we used the same approach, by raising the heat in the first half of the roasting process and lower it in the second half, it wouldn't be enough or sufficient to be an optimal roasting process. This being said, roasting high towards the end of the life cycle of the bean would simply burn the coffee.
