The Varia VS3 Gen 2 is a single-dose grinder designed for a smooth workflow and precise results. Its angled design helps reduce coffee retention, so you can switch between beans with less need to purge. Stepless adjustment makes it easy to dial in a grind for espresso or filter coffee.
Low-retention grinding
The 76.5° design helps grounds move through the grinder efficiently, leaving less than 0.1g of ground coffee per 10g dose.
Precise adjustment
Use the marked dial to adjust grind size with micrometric precision. Each turn corresponds to a 0.02mm burr shift. The grinder comes with a 38mm, six-core Supernova burr, with replaceable burr options available.
Built for everyday use
The body is made from die-cast aluminium alloy, with CNC-machined internal components and a durable matte powder-coated finish. A magnetic lid and base help keep the lid and dosing cup in place.
Generation 2 updates
Gen 2 features an all-metal gearbox, an improved drive assembly and updated outer burr assembly.
