Organic Blend is a bold celebration of altitude, ancestry, and absolute flavour. Sourced from two of South America’s most breathtaking regions—Colombia’s rugged Huila & Tolima ranges and Peru’s fertile San Ignacio highlands—this blend brings together creative varietals with bold yet smooth and refined notes of cocoa.
From Colombia, Cedro Alto’s network of high-elevation farms—reaching up to 2,100 MASL—delivers a washed coffee grown beneath towering Ceiba trees. This origin bursts with clarity: a smooth, cocoa-laced body, gentle stone fruit sweetness, and a polished, clean finish shaped by pure mountain water and traditional fermentation.
Further south, the San Ignacio region of Peru climbs to an astonishing 2,500 MASL. Here, smallholder farmers work in tight-knit cooperatives to grow coffee on steep, mineral-rich slopes, flanked by the Amazon basin. The washed process and organic practices yield a cup bursting with ripe red apple, plum, and creamy milk chocolate, all wrapped in a silky mouthfeel and soft acidity.
The result? A fruit-forward, chocolate-drenched blend with serious altitude energy. It’s sweet, bold, and unapologetically smooth—crafted for those who enjoy South American coffees at its finest.
