Back by popular demand, Yirgacheffe makes it's second appearance for us in over two years. This Grade 2, fully washed arabica is managed by a farmers cooperative in the town of Yirgacheffe that falls into ethical standards of pay and fair trade. Fermentation process exceeds 15 hours and you can expect sweet citrus aromas encased in a full-bodied syrupy coffee that tastes of light earthy cocao and a milky finish.
